Explained PH to launch first-ever F2F lecture caravan, ‘JournQuest’ in Manila, Cebu, Davao

With the aim of expanding the reach of journalism workshops and empowering more student journalists, Explained PH will hold its first-ever onsite lecture caravan, JournQuest, across the country’s “big three” cities: Manila, Cebu, and Davao.

The caravan will provide free lectures brought by Explained PH’s editors, staffers, and invited speakers who will share their knowledge and expertise to equip participants with journalistic skills.

In Manila, JournQuest will be held at the Valenzuela City School of Mathematics and Science on July 25.

In Cebu, the caravan will be held at the University of San Jose Recoletos – Basak Campus on August 1.

In Davao, Davao City National High School will be the venue for the caravan on July 26.

JournQuest will be held in coordination with the respective Schools Division Offices of the said school venues: SDO Valenzuela City, SDO Cebu City, and SDO Davao City.

The registration for JournQuest is now open on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited seating capacity.
