A 12 year-old boy from Brgy. Tamugan, Marilog District in Davao City, was found dead past 11:00 a.m. today, June 13, after being trapped under a fallen tree.

The victim was identified as “Angelo”, a resident of the barangay.

Based on the barangay responder’s report, the victim took shelter in the area with his one-year-old sibling, but because of strong winds, the tree fell on them.

While the younger sibling was not affected, the elder child was stuck under the debris, leading to his death.
