
Three men were found stealing more than 100 iPhones from a gadget store in Barangay Toril, Davao City, based on CCTV footage at around 3:00 a.m. on June 24, 2026.
According to police reports, the total cost of the stolen devices adds up to ₱1.8 million.
The CCTV recordings revealed the robbers swiftly hauling the phones amidst the triggered safety alarm.
Besides these gadgets, ₱24,000 worth of cash from the store was also taken.
Based on the investigation, the shop owner only knew about the robbery when the two locks and the roll-up door of the store were found broken after he reviewed the footage.
The burglars were seen escaping in a white van.
Upon further review, police on duty noted that around six men and two women in the vehicle are to be considered suspects, who are in the process of investigation.
